Sinabi ni Finance Secretary Ralph Recto na mas lalo pa nilang paghuhusayin ang kanilang serbisyo ngayong nakamit nila ang kanilang pangatlong International Organization for Standardizaton o ISO Certification.

Ang sertipikasyong natanggap ng DOF at revenue offices nito ay patunay na nakakasunod sa global standards at quality assurance ang pamamalakad ng kanilang opisina.

Ayon kay Recto, ito ang nais ng DOF na itaas ang kalidad ng kanilang pagseserbisyo publiko dahil ito ang “deserved” ng mamamayan.

Pangako nito sa publiko patuloy nilang ilalapit ang gobyerno sa tao.
