House leaders kay VP Sara: Huwag manira at sagutin na lang ang alegasyon ng di tamang paggasta sa pondo

Pinalagan ng liderato ng Kamara ang patuloy na pag-iwas ni Vice Preisent Sara Duterte na sagutin ang mga alegasyon ng maling paggamit ng pondo ng kaniyang tanggapan at ng Department of Education (DepEd) sa ilalim ng kaniyang pamumuno.

Ayon kina Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Gonzales Jr. at House Majority Leader Manuel Jose Dalipe, panahon nang harapin ng bise presidente ang isyu.

Giit ni Gonzales, pera ng taumbayan ang pinag-uusapan dito kaya’t kailangan ng malinaw na tugon at sagot mula sa pangalawang Pangulo.

“Public funds are at stake here. Stop diverting the issue and address the controversy directly. Huwag puro iwas, the people deserve clear answers. Pati military ginamit mo, yet they were denied what was due to them. This needs to be explained.” sabi ni Gonzales

Tinuligsa naman ni Dalipe ang pag-atake ng bise presidente sa ibang tao kaysa bigyang linaw ang mga isyung kinakaharap ng kaniyang pamunuan.

Imbes na sagutin ang mga nabunyag na isyu pinili ng bise presidente na atakihin ang Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Lumabas sa pinakahuling pagdinig ng House Blue Ribbon Committee na pinalabas ng DepEd na ginamit nito ang nasa P15 billion na confidential at intelligence fund para sa Youth Leadership Summit o YLS, ngunit ayon sa mga dumalong retirado at aktibong opisyal ang militar, ang AFP at local government units ang naglabas ng pondo para sa YLS.
