“This is a 30-man team, with WASH facility for oupatient care. I plan to deploy one in Bicol, the other one in Northern and Central Luzon, para ready to deploy our healthcare.” -Sec Herbosa
“Ano ‘yun, first country po tayong na-recognize ng WHO with three teams in one verification. Limang taon na po nating tina-trabaho ‘to and then the first team, actually, already was deployed in Turkey during the earthquake a few years ago, so it’s a international verification, gamitin ko na for our national.” -Sec Herbosa. | ulat ni Racquel Bayan
