Muling nagpalabas ng subpoena ad testificandum ang House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability sa pitong opisyal ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) na bigo pa ring humarap sa pagsisiyasat ng komite.
Kabilang sa mga opisyal na pinapatawag sina:
- Atty. Zuleika T. Lopez – Chief of Staff of the Office of the Vice President (OVP);
- Atty. Lemuel G. Ortonio – Assistant Chief of Staff and Chairperson of the Bids and Awards of the OVP;
- Atty. Rosalynne L. Sanchez – Director for Administrative and Financial Services of the OVP;
- Ms. Gina F. Acosta – Special Disbursing Officer of the OVP;
- Ms. Juleita Villadelrey – Chief Accountant of the OVP;
- Mr. Edward D. Fajarda – Special Disbursing Officer of the Department of Education, now with the OVP
- Ms. Sunshine. Charry Fajarda
“..now, to be safe, for this committee to be safe, may I respectfully move, na lang, Mr. Chairman, to, once again, issue subpoena ad testificandum to all those mentioned name, to be present in the next hearing.” mosyon ni Paduano
“…Mr. Chair, if they will not come for the fifth time, then I might make a motion to hold them in contempt…I just would like to manifest, Mr. Chair, na napakabait po ng Committee on Good Government for giving them the chance for the fifth time to attend.
“All the seven of whom we have requested travel records, only one left the country last night. Per information received, Atty. Zuleika T. Lopez entered the immigration gates of the airport last night at 7.31 p.m. aboard flight PR102 Manila to Los Angeles. The rest are still in the Philippines, however, for Ms. Gina F. Acosta, considering that she has many multiple namesakes, the Bureau of Immigration is unable to provide information as to her latest travel records.” pahayag ng committee secretary.
“I would like to inform the Honorable Committee that I am no longer connected with the office of the vice president.
Nag-express po ako na hindi ko kayang i-fulfill yung obligations of contract as a spokesperson, because to be honest with you, since I’m also a resourve person here, I found it very difficult for me to go on media and be interviewed on the same matter kasi mawawala yung objectivity kasi I’m also part of the hearing as a resource person…naintindihan naman po ako so we mutually decided that we will be pre-terminating.
