QCPD, pinuri ni Mayor Belmonte dahil sa pagbaba ng crime rate sa lungsod

Ipinagmalaki ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte ang pagbaba ng mga insidente ng krimen sa lungsod sa unang quarter ng 2023.

Sa ulat ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD), bumaba sa 160 cases ang naitalang mga krimen sa lungsod noong Enero, 161 cases noong Pebrero habang 139 cases noong Marso.

Bukod dito, sumampa rin sa 92.73% ang crime solution efficiency ng QCPD sa unang quarter ng taon.

Ayon sa QCPD, bunga ito ng full utilization ng QCitizen Helpline 122 at ang tuloy-tuloy na monitoring sa identified crime-prone areas.

Dahil dito, pinuri ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang QCPD sa mabilis na pag-aksyon nito tuwing may nangyayaring krimen sa lungsod.

“We commend the QCPD for its quick response that resulted in a significant decrease of crime in our city. Rest assured that the city government will continue to work hand in hand with law enforcers to ensure the safety and security of our QCitizens and the community,” pahayag ni Mayor Belmonte.

Kaugnay nito, hinikayat ng alkalde ang mga barangay official na manatiling nakaalerto at regular na magsagawa ng pagpapatrolya.

Habang hinimok naman nito ang mga residente ng lungsod na makipagtulungan sa mga awtoridad sa pamamagitan ng pag-report sa QC Helpline 122.
