Nasa kustodiya na ng Bureau of Jail Management and Penology si Police Master Sgt. Rodolfo Mayo Jr., ang pulis na may-ari ng lending agency kung saan narekober ang 990 kilo ng shabu noong nakaraang taon.

Ayon kay PNP Spokesperson Police Col. Jean Fajardo, kahit nasibak na sa serbisyo dahil sa grave misconduct at conduct unbecoming of a police officer si Mayo, hindi nila papakawalan ito dahil sa bigat ng kasong kanyang kinakaharap.

Sinabi ni Fajardo na inilipat nila si Mayo sa kustodiya ng BJMP at kasalukuyang nakapiit sa Metro Manila District Jail sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City.

Mananatili aniyang nakapiit si Mayo habang dinidinig ang kayang kaso na paglabag sa Republic Act 9165, o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
