Seguridad sa 17th ASEAN Navy Chiefs’ Meeting sa Maynila, tiniyak ng PNP

Tiniyak ng PNP na handa silang magbigay ng suporta at seguridad sa idaraos na 17th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Navy Chiefs’ Meeting sa Maynila ngayong Mayo, kung saan host ang Philippine Navy.

Ang pagtiyak ay ginawa ni Manila Police District Director Police Brig. General Andre Dizon sa kanyang courtesy call kay Philippine Navy Flag Officer in Command Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr.

Sa pagpupulong ng dalawang opisyal kahapon sa Philippine Navy Headquarters, sinabi ni VAdm. Adaci na bukas ang Philippine Navy sa mga bagong larangan ng kooperasyon kasama ang Manila Police District.

Sinabi naman ni BGen. Dizon na nais ng MPD na tuklasin ang mga oportunidad sa pagtutulungan kasama ang Phil. Navy sa intelihensya, humanitarian assistance at disaster response.

Kapwa nagpahayag ng kasiyahan ang dalawang opisyal sa magandang samahan ng dalawang pwersa na kapwa may mandato na pangalagaan at ipagtanggol ang mga mamayan. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
