Mga biktima ng lindol sa Davao de Oro, binigyan ng ayuda ng DSWD

Aabot sa higit Php21.7 million na financial aid ang ipinamigay ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa mga sinalanta ng sunod-sunod na lindol sa Davao De Oro noong Marso 2023.

Ipinagkaloob ng DSWD Region 11 ang tulong pinansyal sa pamamagitan ng Emergency Cash Transfer.

Kabilang sa mga benepisyaryo nito ang mga residente ng Maragusan, Mawab, Monkayo, Compostela, New Bataan, at Nabunturan.

Ayon sa DSWD, lahat ng pamilya na nawalan ng kabahayan ay nakatanggap ng tig Php9,960.

Habang ang mga pamilya na may partially damaged houses ay binigyan ng Php4,980 kada pamilya.

Bukod dito, nagpapatupad din ang ahensiya ng cash-for-work program sa Davao de Oro, sa pakikipagtulungan ng lokal na pamahalaan. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
