Bilang paggunita sa UN International Day in Support of Victims of Torture tuwing June 26, inilunsad ngayon ng iba’t ibang grupo ang kampanyang Basta!

Pinangunahan ito ng Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT) at Task Force Detainees of the Philippines (TFDP) sa pakikipagtulungan ng Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines (CHRP).

“This will also be an opportunity for all stakeholders, such as the CHR, DOJ, DILG, Philippine National Police, and partner civil society organizations to push for an action plan for Safe in Custody in the Philippines with the support from the APT,” ayon sa tagapagsalita. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
