Problema sa online payment, appointments ng mga aplikante ng pasaporte, tinutugunan na ng DFA

Pupusan nang nakikipag-ugnayan ang Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) sa APO Production Unit Inc.

Ito’y makaraang aminin ng APO na nakararanas ito ng problemang teknikal sa e-payments system nito na nagreresulta sa hindi pagkakatanggap ng passport appointment confirmation emails.

Ayon sa DFA-OCA, inatasan nito ang APO na isaayos ang naturang problema sa kanilang payment system at ipadala agad ang confirmation e-mails sa lalong madaling panahon sa mga apektadong kliyente.

Kinakailangan kasing makatanggap ang mga aplikante ng pasaporte ng confirmation o abiso sa pamamagitan ng e-mail , 72 oras mula nang sila’y magbook.

Subalit kung hindi sila makatanggap ng kumpirmasyon, pinapayuhan ang mga aplikante na muling magsagawa ng appointment.

Kasunod nito, nangako ang DFA-OCA na ginagawa nila ang lahat upang maisaayos ang anumang problema kaya’t humihingi sila ng paumanhin at pang-unawa sa mga apektadong kliyente nito. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
