1,245 arestado sa kampanya ng PNP laban sa e-sabong

1,245 suspek ang naaresto ng iba’t ibang unit ng Philippine National Police mula July 1, 2022, hanggang August 15, 2023 sa pinaigting na kampanya laban sa E-Sabong.

Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office (PIO) Chief Police Brig. General Red Maranan, sa mga arestadong suspek, 437 kaso ang nasa piskalya, habang 808 kaso ang ni-refer sa mga korte para sa legal na aksyon, kung saan 322 kaso ang nagresulta sa conviction.

Batay aniya ito sa datos ng PNP Crime Incident Reporting and Analysis System (CRAS) as of August 17, 2023.

Nanguna sa kampanya laban sa E-Sabong ang Police Regional Office (PRO) 7, na may 348 naaresto; pangalawa ang PRO 3 na may 328 nahuling suspek; at pangatlo ang Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) na may 200 naaresto.
