Sa pinagsamang pwersa ng mga kapulisan at ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Regional Office V (PDEA ROV), naaresto ang notorious Rey Gutierrez Drug Group sa Camarines Norte kung saan nagresulta sa pagkakadakip kay Victorio Villamor o mas kilala sa tawag bilang ‘Dondon.’

Nahulihan si Villamor ng 12 gramo ng “shabu” na umaabot ang halaga sa PhP 81,600.

Sa ngayon, hawak na ng Daet Municipal Police Station si Villamor para sa tamang disposisyon at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002.
