Transport strike ng Manibela, hindi nakaparalisa sa umagang biyahe ng mga PUV sa QC

Hindi nakaapekto sa pang-umagang biyahe ng mga pampasaherong jeep at bus sa QC ang ikinasang transport strike ng grupong Manibela.

Ayon kay QC Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) OIC Dexter Cardenas, marami ang bumiyaheng mga jeepney at normal ang naging sitwasyon sa mga pangunahing kalsada sa lungsod kaya walang na-stranded na pasahero kaninang morning rush hour.

Paglilinaw pa nito, walang ruta ang grupong Manibela sa Quezon City.

Sa kabila nito, nag-deploy pa rin ng karagdagang ruta ng QC Bus at mga e-trike ang LGU na itinalaga sa mga lugar na maraming commuter kabilang ang Philcoa, Novaliches, at Cubao.

Aabot rin sa 276 na mga tauhan ng Traffic and Transport Management Department (TTMD) ang idineploy para umalalay sa mga pasahero.

Samantala, nakatutok na rin ang TTMD sa pagtitiyak na hindi magdudulot ng mabigat na trapiko ang kilos protesta ng grupong Manibela na tutungo ng tanggapan ng LTFRB bago dumiretso sa Mendiola sa Maynila. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
