DILG, ipinag-utos na sa mga attached agencies na tumulong sa mga sinalanta ng lindol sa Mindanao

Inatasan na ni DILG Secretary Benjur Abalos Jr. ang lahat ng ahensya sa ilalim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) na magpaabot ng tulong sa mga naapektuhan ng malakas na lindol sa malaking bahagi ng Davao Region kahapon.

Ang kautusan ng DILG ay alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Partikular na inatasan ni Abalos ang Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP0 para magsagawa ng assessment sa pinsala sa mga gusali at iba pang imprastaktura.

Kasama na rin ang mga medical teams para tulungan ang mga nasaktan dahil sa lindol.

Sa ngayon, may 292 fire trucks, 17 ambulansya at 9 na rescue trucks at halos 1,800 na emergency personnel ang naka-deploy na para magbigay ng tulong anumang oras sa mga biktima.

Nakatutok na rin ang mga local chief executives at pulisya para siguruhin ang kaligtasan at maaalalayan ang mamamayan doon.| ulat ni Rey Ferrer
