Kaso laban sa 3 suspek sa pagpatay sa broadcaster, umuusad na

Umakyat na sa Preliminary Investigation stage ang kasong murder at theft na inihain ng PNP laban sa 3 suspek sa pagpatay sa broadcaster na si Juan Jumalon, na kilala din bilang “DJ Johnny Walker”. 

Ito ang iniulat ni PNP Public Information Office Chief Police Col. Jean Fajardo, matapos na makapasa sa case buildup stage at evaluation ng Misamis Occidental prosecutor’s office ang reklamo laban sa mga suspek. 

Ayon kay Col. Fajardo, agad nang padadalhan ng summon ang tatlong suspek para pagpaliwanagin ukol sa mga kasong kanilang kinakaharap.

Samantala, sinabi ni Col. Fajardo na naaresto na ang isa sa tatlong suspek sa pagpatay kay Jumalon, na sangkot din umano sa pamamaril sa isang municipal engineer ilang buwan na ang nakararaan.

Pero ayon kay Col. Fajardo, itinanggi nito na dawit sya sa nangyaring pagpaslang kay Jumalon.

Una nang sinabi ni Col. Fajardo, na lumabas sa kanilang isinagawang ballistic examination na iisa ang baril na ginamit sa pananambang sa engineer ng munisipyo at sa pagpatay kay Jumalon. | ulat ni Leo Sarne
