Pumalo na sa mahigit 224,000 pamilya o katumbas ng mahigit 849,000 indibidwal ang apektado ng shearline at binabantayang Low Pressure Area sa bahagi ng Visayas.

Batay sa pinakahuling datos mula sa National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), nagmula ang nasabing bilang sa may 1,147 na mga barangay sa mga rehiyon ng CALABARZON, Bicol, Eastern at Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao at CARAGA.

Iniulat din ng NDRRMC na aabot sa mahigit 16,000 pamilya o mahigit 41,500 indibidwal ang nanunuluyan ngayon sa may 139 na evacuation centers habang nasa 33,000 indibidwal ang nanunuluyan ngayon sa kanilang mga kaanak.

Nakapagtala na rin ang NDRRMC ng dalawang nasawi at isang sugatan subalit isinasailalim pa ito sa validation.
