Maaga pa lang ay mabagal na ang daloy ng mga sasakyan sa southbound lane ng EDSA lalo na sa bahagi ng EDSA-Kamuning kung saan sarado ang flyover.

Pag-ahon pa lang ng Quezon Avenue, ramdam na ang mabigat na volume ng mga sasakyan.

May ilang motorista ang dumidiskarte nang kumanan sa Scout Albano na isa sa mga alternatibong ruta na maaaring magamit.

Nagkakasiksikan naman pagdating sa kanto ng Scout Borromeo kaya pinapakanan na ang mga motorista kabilang ang motorcycle riders.

Ang ilang enforcer ng MMDA, may hawak na ring placard para alalayan ang mga motoristang gustong kumanan.
