Aabot sa 125,000 na mga kabahayan ang nananatiling wala pa ring kuryente.

Karamihan sa mga apektado ay sa Metro Manila at Bulacan. Ang ilan naman ay nasa bahagi ng Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, at Batangas.

Ayon kay Meralco Vice President at Head of Corporate Communications Joe R. Zaldarriaga, nagpapatuloy ang kanilang pagsisikap na maibalik ang serbisyo sa mga apektadong lugar.

Nagpasalamat din siya sa mga customer para sa kanilang pasensya at pag-unawa.
