NCR, isinailalim na sa state of calamity dahil sa matinding pagbahang dulot ng bagyong Carina

Opisyal nang idineklara ng Metro Manila Council (MMC) ang pagsasailalim sa state of calamity ng National Capital Region (NCR).

Sa isang pulong sa Pasig City ngayong hapon na pinangunahan nina Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos at MMC President at San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora kasama ang iba’t ibang alkalde sa Metro Manila napagkasunduan na isailalim ang NCR sa state of calamity.

Ito ay dahil sa nararanasang malawakang pagbaha sa rehiyon na dulot ng bagyong Carina at habagat.

Tiniyak naman ng MMC at ng DILG na patuloy na nakatutok sila sa sitwasyon sa gitna ng nararanasang kalamidad. | ulat ni Diane Lear
