Obligadong dumalo sa pagdinig ng Senado bukas si suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo ayon kay Senate President Chiz Escudero.

Paliwanag ni Escudero, kapag naglabas ng subpoena order ang husgado man o ang Kongreso ay dapat itong sundin.

Kung sakali aniyang hindi ito dadalo sa magiging pagdinig bukas ng Senate Committee on Women ay nasa kapasyahan na ni Committee Chairperson Senator Risa Hontiveros kung maglalabas ito ng arrest order laban sa alkalde.

Idinagdag pa ni Escudero, na kung igigiit ng panig ni Mayor Alice ang trauma o anxiety nito bilang rason sa hindi pagdalo sa pagdinig bukas ay dapat aniya itong makapagprisinta ng medical certificate. | ulat ni Nimfa Asuncion
