DA, kumpiyansa na magbabalik ang sigla ng mga negosyante sa pagbababoy

Umaasa ang Department of Agriculture (DA) na muling magkakaroon ng kumpiyansa ang mga magbababoy ngayong nagsimula na ang pagbabakuna laban sa African Swine Fever (ASF).

Ayon kay Agriculture Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Arnel de Mesa, ito ang kanilang pangunahing layunin upang maibsan din ang pangamba ng mga mamimili.

Dahil sa ASF outbreak, ilang negosyante ang pansamantalang tumigil sa pagbababoy.

Tiniyak ni de Mesa na ginagawa ng DA ang lahat upang hindi na kumalat pa ang ASF.

Patunay aniya ang siyam na baboy na naharang sa checkpoint ng Bureau of Animal Industry kaninang umaga, dahil sa kawalan ng kaukulang dokumento.

Ngayong araw, unang isinalang sa bakunahan ang nasa mahigit 40 mga baboy sa Lobo, Batangas na deklaradong nasa red zone dahil sa mga kaso ng ASF. | ulat ni Diane Lear
