Driver’s license ng motoristang kumaladkad sa traffic enforcer ng MMDA sa Taguig, sinuspinde ng LTO

Tuluyan nang pinatawan ng Preventive Suspension ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) sa loob ng 90 araw ang Driver’s License ng motoristang kumaladkad sa traffic enforcer ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) sa Taguig City.

Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor Mendoza II, bukod sa suspensyon, naka-alarma na rin ang pulang Hyundai Stargazer na may plakang NHF588.

Samantala, sumulat na rin sa LTO si MMDA Acting Chairperson Atty. Romando Artes habang isinasagawa ang imbestigasyon.

Naglabas na rin ng Show Cause Order (SCO) ang LTO para paharapin ang may-ari ng sasakyan sa pagdinig sa LTO Central Office sa September 3.

Dapat aniyang ipaliwanag ng driver kung bakit hindi siya dapat patawan ng kaparusahan.

Matatandaang pinara ng traffic enforcer ang motorista dahil nabangga nito ang isang motorsiklo, ngunit sa halip na huminto, pinaharurot nito ang sasakyan hanggang sa pumaibabaw sa hood ang traffic enforcer. | ulat ni Diane Lear
