Asahan pa ang mas maraming mahahalagang proyektong pang-imprastruktura na mapasisinayaan sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa.
Pahayag ito ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. kasunod ng pagpapasinaya, ngayong araw (September 27), sa higit P8 billion na Panguil Bay Bridge, na kukonekta sa Tubod, Lanao del Norte at Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, sa Northern Mindanao.
“This 3.2-kilometer project is now the longest water-spanning bridge in Mindanao. But more than just a physical bridge, we are connecting the dreams and aspirations of the people of Lanao del Norte and of Misamis Occidental…With this bridge, what once took two hours will now take seven minutes and will benefit more than 10,000 travelers a day.” —Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Sabi ng Pangulo, hindi matatapos sa Panguil Bay bridge ang effort ng pamahalaan na gawing konektado ang bawat Pilipino.
Katunayan, ayon sa Pangulo simula pa lamang ito.
“It is just the beginning. We are building a Bagong Pilipinas—one where every Filipino, no matter how far, no matter how remote, is somehow connected.” -Pangulong Marcos.
Aniya, ang mga pasisinayaang proyekto ay layong panatilihin ang momentum sa kaliwa’t kanang pagbubukas ng mga malalaking proyekto sa buong bansa.
“Let us make this success a launchpad for further development to ensure that this project opens new doors for progress and prosperity.” -Pangulong Marcos.
Sabi ng Pangulo, ang nais ng pamahalaan para sa Pilipinas, isang kinabukasan kung saan ang pangarap ng bawat Pilipino ay maisasakatuparan.
