12 electric coops, naapektuhan ng Super Typhoon Leon — NEA

Iniulat ng National Electrification Administration (NEA) na aabot sa 12 electric cooperatives (ECs) ang apektado ng hagupit ng Super Typhoon Leon.

Naitala ito sa 11 probinsya sa mga rehiyon ng Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, at CAR.

Sa tala ng NEA Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (DRRMD), nananatiling walang koneksyon ang Batanes Electric Cooperative habang partial power interruption naman ang pinaiiral sa lima pang electric coops. Kabilang dito ang Ilocos Norte Electric Coop, Kalinga-Apayao Electric Coop, Benguet Electric Coop, Mountain Province Electric Cooperative, at ang Cagayan II Electric Coop.

Samantala, nagbalik naman na sa normal ang operasyon ng anim na power coops o katumbas ng 187 na munisipalidad.
