Paggunita ng Undas, nananatiling ‘relatively peaceful’ — PNP

Nananatiling mapayapa ang paggunita ng Undas ngayong taon.

Ito ay batay sa assessment ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ngayong ginugunita ang All Saints Day.

Ayon kay PNP Spokesperson Police Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, “relatively peaceful” ang sitwasyon sa buong bansa hanggang kaninang alas-3 ng hapon.

Wala kasing naitalang “untoward incident” ang PNP na maaaring makaabala nang husto sa paggunita ng Undas.

Nadagdagan pa ang bilang ng mga pulis na ipinakalat sa matataong lugar gaya ng mga sementeryo at terminal. Sinabi ni Fajardo na umabot na ito sa 40,115, mas mataas kumpara sa mahigit 30,000 hanggang kahapon.
