Ilang mga senador pa ang naggiit na walang blangkong item sa pinirmahan nilang Bicameral Conference Committee Report ng 2025 National Budget.

Ayon kay Senador JV Ejercito, wala siyang naaalalang napirmahan na may blangko sa nilagdaan niyang Bicam Report.

Dinagdag pa ni Ejercito na walang pamilyar na pirma ng mga senador sa pinapakalat na dokumento ng diumano’y blangkong Bicam Report.

Una na ring iginiit nina Senador Sherwin Gatchalian at Senador Joel Villanueva na full Bicam Report ang kanilang pinirmahan.

Si Senador Risa Hontiveros, bagamat bumoto kontra sa pagkakapasa sa Senado ng 2025 Budget Bill, sinabing hindi siya naniniwalang magpapasa ang Kongreso ng anumang budget na may blangkong item.

Giit ni Hontiveros, tinatapos ng Kongreso ang kanilang trabaho taon-taon na magpasa ng budget.
