Halos 150 suspek, arestado sa anti-criminality ops ng QCPD

Aabot sa 148 na indibidwal ang natiklo ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) sa weeklong anti-criminality operations nito mula February 9-15, 2025.

Ayon kay QCPD Director Police Col. Melecio Buslig, Jr., 41 drug suspects ang naaresto sa operasyon habang anim ang nahulihan ng iligal na armas.

Aabot rin sa higit kalahating milyon ang halaga ng nakumpiskang iligal na droga sa lungsod.

Hindi rin nakalusot sa ikinasang anti-gambling operations ang 101 indibidwal.

Kaugnay nito, sa unang bahagi ng Pebrero, aabot na sa 71 ang nahuling wanted persons (OWPs) ng QCPD bukod pa sa 63 Most Wanted Persons (MWPs).

Iginiit naman ni QCPD Chief Buslig na hindi titigil ang Pulisya sa pagpapatupad ng batas para sa kapayapaan at kaayusan sa Quezon City.

“Ang pagdakip sa lahat ng mga suspek at ng isang Regional, walong District, at 34 Station Level MWPs sa kalahating buwan ng Pebrero ay patunay ng aming matibay na laban kontra kriminalidad,” pahayag ni Buslig. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
