CIDG chief Torre, binigyang diin na nabigyan ng soft at printed copy ng warrant of arrest ang kampo ni FPRRD

Giniit ng mga otoridad na naipresenta sa kampo ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang soft at hard copy ng warrant of arrest sa kanya ng International Criminal Court (ICC) noong March 11.

Sa pagdinig ng senado, sinabi ni PNP CIDG Chief Major General Nicolas Torre III na sa tube pa lang ng eroplanong sinakyan nina Duterte mula Hong Kong ay binigay na kina FPRRD ang soft copy ng warrant.

Bagay na katanggap-tanggap naman aniya, batay sa legal na proseso.

Pero nanghingi pa rin ng physical copy ng warrant sina Duterte kaya pinaprint ito ng mga otoridad.

Ayon kay Torre, sa Villamor Airbase na ng bandang tanghali naibigay kina Duterte ang physical copy ng warrant dahil kinailangan muna nilang pababain ang tensyon.

Binigyang diin rin Torre na buong 15 pages ng warrant ang naibigay sa kampo ni Duterte. | ulat ni Nimfa Asuncion
