Arestado ang anim na indibidwal sa magkahiwalay na operasyon ng PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) sa Barangay Bagbag at Barangay Roxas District, Quezon City.

Nasamsam ng mga operatiba ang mahigit 9,700 piraso ng iba’t ibang produkto ng ilegal na vape na nagkakahalaga mahigit P3.9 milyon.

Kinilala ni CIDG Director PMGen Nicolas Torre III ang mga suspek na sina Seb, Mon, Genevieve, Rorem, Kenneth, at Pahrysz na nahuli sa aktong pagbebenta ng vape products na walang kaukulang permit mula sa Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Nahaharap ngayon ang mga suspek sa mga kasong paglabag sa Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act, Graphic Health Warnings Law, Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, at Consumer Act of the Philippines. | ulat ni Diane Lear
