Sa ikalawang pagkakataon ngayong Lunes, muling nagbuga ng abo ang Bulkang Kanlaon sa Negros Islands.

Ayon sa PHIVOLCS, dakong 2:53 PM ngayong hapon ng itala ang pagbuga ng abo ang bulkan.

Lumikha ito ng ash plume na may taas na 600 metro mula sa summit crater.

Napadpad ito sa bahagi ng kanluran-hilagang kanluran ng Bulkang Kanlaon.

Apektado ng ashfall ang mga residente ng La carlota City, Bago City at iba pang kalapit na bayan.

11:52 AM ng unang bumuga ng abo ang bulkan.

Abot sa 800 metro ang taas ng ibinugang abo mula sa crater.

Paalala pa ng PHIVOLCS, nanatiling nakataas sa alert level 3 ang status ng Bulkang Kanlaon hanggang sa kasalukyan. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
