Pinabibilis na ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ang pagbabalik ng normal na telecommunication services at connectivity sa mga lugar na naapektuhan ng Habagat.
Sa Cordillera Administrative Region, binuksan ng DICT ang Digital Transformation Center sa Baguio City at ang DICT-CAR Regional Office bilang connectivity support centers para sa mga residenteng nangangailangan. Mayroon ditong libreng charging stations, co-working spaces at internet connectivity.
Kasabay nito, nagpapatuloy ang connectivity monitoring, disaster response at koordinasyon ng DICT Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, Government Emergency Communications Systems–Mobile Operations Vehicle for Emergencies o GECS-MOVE, at mga regional office sa CAR, Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 at CALABARZON.
Nakahanda rin ang mga deployable communication assets ng DICT para sa agarang deployment, habang patuloy na mino-monitor ang lagay ng panahon at emergency communication frequencies.
