Nakitaan ng “red flag” ang 47 mula sa 100 flood control projects sa distrito ni Davao City 1st District Rep. Pulong Duterte.
Ayon kay National Bureau of Investigation Director Atty. Melvin Matibag, kabilang dito ang anim na may malinaw na problema, gaya ng ghost at substandard projects.
Ito ay batay, aniya, sa mga nakuhang dokumento ng bureau mula sa Department of Public Works and Highways o DPWH.
Kaugnay nito, ayon kay Matibag, nasa 51 indibidwal ang ipasasubpoena ng NBI mula sa tatlong construction company, kabilang ang Genesis88 Construction na kumorner ng P1.9 bilyong flood control projects sa distrito ni Duterte.
Padadalhan din ng subpoena ang Agong Construction, Gemma Construction, regional director ng DPWH at Commission on Audit ngayong araw o sa Lunes.
