Opisyal nang inilunsad ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ang eGovAI, isang bagong intelligent feature ng eGovPH SuperApp, na layong gawing mas madali at mabilis ang pag-access ng mga Pilipino sa government services.
Pinangunahan ni Cabinet Secretary Benjamin “Benhur” Abalos Jr., bilang kinatawan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., at DICT Secretary Henry Aguda ang isinagawang ceremonial launch ng eGovAI sa The Manila Hotel sa Maynila.
“The eGovAI marked another important step in our continuing effort to make government work better for every Filipino. We are bringing AI into the eGovernment ecosystem not simply as a technological innovation, but as a tool to make public services more responsive, accessible, and efficient,” pahayag ni DICT Secretary Aguda.
Tampok sa eGovAI ang isang built-in assistant na tinatawag na “Kuya A” para magbigay ng real-time support sa mga user sa pag-access ng online public services.
Libre itong magagamit ng lahat ng verified eGovPH users at may mga tool para sa document extraction, image identification, translation, form understanding, speech generation, at tourism-related information.
Maaari rin itong gamitin para makakuha ng impormasyon tungkol sa mga batas, polisiya, at guidelines ng pamahalaan.
