DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla, suportado ang desisyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. na palawigin ang termino ni PNP Chief PGen Marbil

Suportado ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ang desisyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na pahabain ang termino ni PNP Chief Police General Rommel Francisco Marbil.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla na makatutulong ang apat na buwang extension upang maipagpatuloy ni Marbil ang mga programa laban sa krimen at pagpapatupad ng batas.

Dagdag pa niya, mahalaga rin ito upang matiyak ang katatagan ng PNP ngayong papalapit na ang 2025 midterm elections sa Mayo.

Tiniyak din ni Remulla ang buong suporta ng DILG sa pamunuan ng PNP sa kanilang misyon na pangalagaan ang kapayapaan at seguridad sa buong bansa. | ulat ni Diane Lear
