Binigyang parangal ng pamunuan ng Manila Police District (MPD) ang ilang mga miyembro ng media at photojournalist ngayong araw, March 17, 2025.

Ginanap ang aktibidad sa flag raising ceremony sa headquarters ng Manila Police District (MPD) sa UN Avenue sa Ermita, Maynila.

Mismong si MPD Director Police Brigadier General Arnold Thomas Ibay ang nanguna sa pagbibigay pagkilala sa mga miyembro ng media at photojournalist, dahil sa mga naambag at suporta nila sa mga ginagawang hakbang ng pulis Maynila.

Paraan na din ito ng pagbibigay pasasalamat ng MPD sa mga media at photojournalist, para mas lalong mapalakas pa ang ugnayan ng pulisya sa bawat komunidad sa lungsod ng Maynila.

Ilan sa mga binigyang pagkilala ay mga photojournalist at opisyal ng MPD Press Corps. na sina Jonjon Reyes ng Peoples Journal Tonight (Presidente); Edd Gumban ng Philippine Star (Bise Presidente); Mike Alquinto ng Manila Times (Secretary); Jonas Sulit ng Abante (Chairman of the Board); Norman Araga ng Manila Standard (Director); Itoh Son ng Saksi Ngayon (Director) at Yancy Lim ng PNA (Director).
