Iniutos na rin ni National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Commissioner Rafael Vicente Calinisan sa Inspection, Monitoring and Investigation Service (IMIS) na agad imbestigahan at sampahan ng kasong administratibo ang pulis QC na si Patrolman Francis Steve Tallion Fontillas, dahil sa pamomolitika nito sa social media.
Ayon kay Commissioner Calinian, malinaw na ginamit ni Pat. Fontillas ang kanyang social media para sa partisan politics na labag sa Primer on Personnel Decorum at Code of Ethics ng Philippine National Police (PNP).
May hayagan din aniyang paninira at malisyoso ang kanyang mga post na maikukonsidera nang ‘inciting to sedition’.
Punto nito, bagamat may karapatan ang mga tauhan ng PNP na malayang ipahayag ang sarili ito ay may limitasyon dahil sa kanilang tungkulin na manatiling neutral at maiwasan ang ano mang aksyon na maaaring makasira sa tiwala ng publiko.
