NACC, nagsagawa ng bike ride for a cause sa QC

Isinagawa ng National Authority for Child Care (NACC) ang Bisig-Kleta bike ride for a cause sa Quezon City bilang bahagi ng kanilang paggunita sa Adoption and Alternative Child Care Week.

Tinatayang nasa 1,600 ang nagparehistro nationwide sa Bisig-Kleta na nagsimula sa Araneta Avenue at nagtapos sa Quezon Memorial Circle.

Sinundan ito ng live performance ng iba’t ibang artists.

Ayon kay NACC Usec. Janella Estrada, paraan nila ang pagbibisikleta para hikayatin ang suporta sa legal adoption at matanggal ang stigma sa pag-aampon ng bata.

Aniya, layunin din nito na ilapit sa publiko ang kahalagahan ng adoption process, foster care programs, at iba pang paraan ng child care.| ulat ni Bernard Jaudian Jr.
