July 9 nang pagbabarilin sina Ostonal at Cpl. Jeffrey Refereza ng dalawang salarin habang nagpapatrolya.
Ani Co, kaisa sila sa pagkondena sa pagpatay sa mga pulis at nanawagan para sa agarang imbestigasyon at pagkamit ng hustisya sa lalong madaling panahon.
“We must end the senseless violence against our law enforcement officers. Let us stand united in condemning these acts and strengthen security measures to ensure their safety. We call for a thorough investigation and swift legal proceedings. Together, we can prevent future tragedies and protect those who protect us,” saad ni Co.
Kasabay nito nangako rin si Co na magpapa-abot ng agarang tulong sa naulilang mga pamilya ng dalawang magiting na pulis lalo na sa pinansyal na aspeto.
