“The President actually instructed us to rationalize all the livelihood projects and programs under the national government. Because when he [Pres. Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.] reviewed the NEP, the President’s budget, he thought that there’s a lot of agencies who provide livelihood programs separately. So by 2025, we will start our study this year and by 2025 maybe we’ll just concentrate the livelihood projects and at the same time focus on those who really needs the program.” pahayag ni Pangandaman. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
