Hinihintay na ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang kautusan mula sa Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court.

Ito ay makaraang pagbigyan ng korte ang petisyon ni dating Senator Leila De Lima na makapaglagak ng piyansa kaugnay sa kasong may kinalaman sa iligal na droga.

Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office Chief, Police Colonel Jean Fajardo, sa sandaling matanggap na ng PNP Headquarters Support Service sa Kampo Crame ang Court Order, agad itong sasailalim sa medical procedures at debriefing.

Magugunitang anim na taong nakulong si De Lima sa PNP Custodial Center sa Kampo Crame, dahil sa mga kasong isinampa laban sa kanya na may kaugnayan sa iligal na droga partikular na sa New Bilibid Prison, noong siya pa ang kalihim ng Department of Justice (DOJ).

Matapos maisailalim sa kaukulang proseso, maaari na siyang makalabas ng custodial center para makapiling ang kaniyang pamilya. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
