Iniutos na ni Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II ang pagpapataw ng preventive suspension sa driver’s license ng SUV driver na nanagi sa isang angkas rider at sakay nito sa viral road rage video sa Mandaluyong.
Batay sa inisyal na imbestigasyon ng LTO-National Capital Region, nakarehistro sa isang bangko ang Suzuki Wagon na minamaneho ng sangkot na driver.
Agad itong inisyuhan ng Show Cause Order para pagpaliwanagin kung bakit hindi ito dapat managot sa paglabag sa Republic Act 4136 o Reckless Driving (Section 48), Duty of a Driver in Case of Accident (Section 55), at Improper Person to Operate a Vehicle (Section 27-a).
Kasunod nito, muli namang nagpaalala si LTO Chief Mendoza sa mga motorista na ‘wag pairalin ang init ng ulo sa kalsada.
