Ang RTVM ang mangunguna sa pagpapatakbo ng programa sa ikalawang SONA ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa July 24.
Sa panayam ng House media kay House Secretary General Reginald Velasco, sinabi nito na batay sa impormasyong kanilang natanggap mula sa Office of the President at Presidential Communications Office, ang RTVM ang hahawak sa programa.
Sapat umano kasi ang kakayahan ng kanilang mga veteran staff, na siya rin namang humahawak at nagmamando ng presidential coverages.
Wala naman aniya silang impormasyon kung si Presidential Adviser on Creative Communications Secretary Paul Soriano pa rin ang kukuning direktor para sa SONA.
“Actually ang information na nakuha namin from the Office of the President, and the Presidential Communications Office, the RTVM will take care of it. Other words yung mga veteran ano nila, sabi nila kayang-kaya nila yan. These people, yung RTVM staff all the event where the president is the main guest or keynote speaker sila ang nagko-cover so they know what to do already.
Para kay Velasco, nasa 95% na aniya silang handa para sa SONA.
Simula naman sa Huwebes ay ila-lockdown na ang Batasan Complex.
