Nakatakdang lumagda sa sisterhood agreement ang San Juan City at Ilocos Norte.

Layon ng kasunduan na mas mapaigting pa ang pagtutulungan ng dalawang lokal na pamahalaan sa tourism, trade, commerce, and industry, education, environment protection, public health, social servces, at iba pa.

Isasagawa ang pirmahan sa Laoag, Ilocos Norte sa Sabado, September 30.

Bukod dito ay lumagda na rin sa sisterhood agreement ang San Juan City at Ilocos Sur ngayong araw.

Ayon kay San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, mahalaga ang naturang kasunduan sa nabanggit ng mga lokal na pamahalaan. Aniya, sa pamamagitan ng sisterhood agreement mas mapaiigting ang kooperasyon para sa mas maayos na serbisyo sa publiko.
