11 OFWs mula Lebanon at West Bank na teritoryo naman ng Palestine, nakabalik na sa bansa

Balik bansa na ang siyam na Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) mula sa Lebanon na naipit sa tensyon sa pagitan ng Israel at ng militanteng grupong Hezbollah.

Kagabi, dumating sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 sa Pasay City ang siyam na Pinoy sakay ng Qatar Airways Flight QR928.

Personal na sinalubong ni Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Officer-in-Charge Hans Leo Cacdac ang mga balik-bayang OFWs at tiniyak ang tulong na kanilang matatanggap mula sa pamahalaan.

Dahil dito, pumalo na sa 19 na OFWs mula sa Lebanon ang nakabalik na sa Pilipinas dahil sa tumitinding tensyon doon.

Magugunitang uminit na rin ang tensyon sa pagitan ng Israel at Hezbollah dahil sa pakikisimpatiya nito sa Hamas na rebeldeng grupo naman mula sa Palestine.

Samantala, sinalubong din ni Cacdac ang dalawang OFWs na kauna-unahang nakalusot sa West Bank na bahagi ng teritoryo ng Palestine bunsod pa rin ng tumitinding tensyon doon. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
