Naghayag ng kahandaan ang Quezon City government na suportahan ang mga pangangailangan ng Bureau of Fire Protection – Quezon City.

Kasunod ito ng pagbisita ng bagong District Fire Marshall ng BFP-QC na si Fire Senior Supt. Flor-Ian Guerrero kay Mayor Joy Belmonte.

Sa kanilang pulong, nagkasundo si Mayor Belmonte at Supt. Guerrero na paigtingin pa ang mga hakbang upang maiwasan ang sunog sa komunidad.

Sinabi ni Supt. Guerrero na kanilang hihigpitan ang pag-inspeksyon sa mga negosyo sa lungsod upang mapigilan at maiwsasan ang pagkakatala ng sunog.

Pagtiyak din nito ang pagbibigay impormasyon sa mga residente partikular na ang mga dapat gawin tuwing may sunog.

Kabilang dito ang pagtawag sa mga fire department, pagiging maingat, kung sumiklab man ang sunog ay sikaping makalabas ng bahay at kontrolin ang emosyon upang makapag-isip ng maayos o tama. | ulat ni Rey Ferrer
