Posibleng kapabayaan ng mga pulis sa sinalakay na POGO hub sa Pasay, iimbestigahan ng PNP-IAS

Bumuo ng Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) ang PNP Internal Affairs Service (IAS) para imbestigahan ang posibleng kapabayaan ng mga pulis sa Pasay kaugnay ng sinalakay na POGO hub noong Oktubre 27.

Ayon kay PNP-IAS Inspector General Alfegar Triambulo, iimbestigahan nila ang hepe ng Pasay Police at Pasay City-substation na malapit sa POGO hub.

Mahigpit na atas ni Triambulo sa task force, gawing mabilis ngunit malalim ang pag-iimbestiga sa mga pulis dahil mabigat na isyu ang human trafficking na nangyari sa nasasakupan ng Pasay City police na hindi umano nila na-detect.

Ang imbestigasyon ay inilunsad ng IAS, alinsunod sa panawagan ni Department of Interior and Local Government Sec. Benhur Abalos na paganahin ng IAS ang kanilang kapangyarihan para mangalap ng mga ebidensya at alamin ang mga pagkukulang sa naturang raid sa POGO hub.
