Malugod na tinanggap nina Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. at First Lady Liza Araneta – Marcos sa Malacanang ngayong araw (June 4) si United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sabi ng Pangulo, isang karangalan na tanggapin ang UAE official sa Pilipinas.
“We’re very happy to see you here. We thank you for finding the time to visit with us. We have built very close relationship with the UAE and we hope that we will continue in that pattern, let’s continue.” -Pangulong Marcos.
Binigyang diin ng Pangulo ang magandang relasyon ng UAE at Pilipinas, na sana aniya ay magpatuloy pa sa hinaharap.
Nagpasalamat rin si Pangulong Marcos sa lahat ng assistance na ipinagkakaloob ng UAE sa mga Pilipino. Umaasa ang Pangulo, na kahit papaano, naibabalik ng bansa ang kabuting loob ng UAE sa bansa.
“We owe you many expressions of gratitude for all the assistance and the kindness that UAE has extended to the Philippines and the Filipinos. And I hope that we are able to reciprocate somehow because we are very grateful for the assistance that you have done in terms of our, crisis in the Philippines and then, especially to our Filipino nationals who are working in the Emirates.” —Pangulong Marcos.
Sa panig naman ng UAE official, nagpasalamat rin ito sa suporta ng Pilipinas sa kanilang bansa.
Naniniwala ito na mas mas marami pa ang maaaring gawin, upang lumago ang ugnayan ng Pilipinas at UAE.
