Babantayan ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang isasagawang prayer rally para sa kaarawan ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa March 28.

Sa virtual press briefing, sinabi ni PNP Spokesperson at Police Regional Office (PRO) 3 Director Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo, na kasalukuyang nagpupulong ang PRO 11 at ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Davao, upang plantsahin ang mga plano at aktibidad para sa kaarawan ng dating Pangulo.

Ayon kay Fajardo, naghihintay sila ngayon ng datos kung ilan ang inaasahang dadalo sa aktibidad dahil dito dedepende kung ilang mga pulis ang kanilang ipakakalat.

Paliwanag ni Fajardo, ang paglalatag ng seguridad ay bahagi ng “normal police procedure” upang matiyak ang kaayusan at kaligtasan ng lahat ng lalahok sa nasabing prayer rally.
