PNP-CIDG, naghain ng kaso sa DOJ kaugnay sa mapanganib na pahayag ni FPRRD na papatay ng senador sa pamamagitan ng pagsabog

Hindi pinalampas ng PNP-CIDG ang mapanganib na pahayag ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na papatay ng 15 senador sa pamamagitan ng pagsabog upang makapasok ang kanyang mga kaalyadong senador.

Ngayong hapon, inihain ni CIDG Director Nicholas Torre III ang patong-patong na reklamo laban kay Duterte, gaya ng inciting to sedition at unlawful utterances.

Paliwanag ni Torre, hindi na uubra ngayon ang istilo ng dating pangulo na magbibigay ng pahayag pero sasabihin kalaunan na biro lamang.

Sa ngayon, umuusad na ang case build-up tungkol dito at dito pa lamang malalaman kung tutuloy na sa preliminary investigation.

May pagkakataon namang magbigay ng paliwanag ang dating Pangulong Duterte sa kanyang mga kontrobersyal na pahayag.

Samantala, ayon kay Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, titingnan pa kung maaaring magsagawa ng motu proprio investigation ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) kaugnay nito.
