DILG Secretary, nananatiling tiwala sa buong hanay ng PNP

Nananatili ang buong suporta at tiwala ni DILG Sec. Jonvic Remulla sa buong hanay ng Philippine National Police.

Ito sa kabila ng isyu ng robbery-extortion na kinasangkutan ng walong pulis EPD.

Ayon sa kalihim, sa higit 200,000 personnel ng PNP, 99% pa rin ang matitino at tapat sa tungkulin at 1% lamang ang nalilihis ng landas.

Giit ni Sec. Remulla, tuloy tuloy ang ‘moral hazard’ at pagsisikap para malinis ang buong hanay ng PNP.

Sa ulat naman ng PNP, walang mataas na opisyal ang sangkot sa robbery-extortion case sa Las Piñas City.

Nahaharap na rin sa patong patong na kaso ang naarestong walong miyembri ng District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) ng Eastern Police District (EPD) kabilang ang robbery, serious illegal detention and kidnapping, at unlawful arrest. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
